Thank you for the wonderful job you and your employees did on my recent bathroom flood. Your esponse time was fantastic. I very much appreciate that you responded to assess the situation less than an hour after I called.

During the drying of the house, your workers were very tidy and did an excellent job cleaning up the water and leaving my home as much undisturbed as possible. You also did a good job moving furniture to get the carpets dry and then putting it back in place.

Dear Tim,

We have used First General Services on two different occasions. In August of 2001, we had damage due to a leaking refrigerator and recieved immediate attention from First General to the water damage to two levels of our home. The young men responding to the call were prompt, courteous, and worked professionally in taking care of the water damage and drying the house completely. Most recently on December 14, 2002, our home suffered roof and interior damge due to high winds followed by heavy rain and snow. There were possibly thousands in the Reno-Sparks area who suffered this kind of damage. We called First General on the morning of December 15th immediately realizing that our roof had been damaged significantly and that the water was leaking through our ceiling into our home in twoareas. They responded quickly to our call and repaired the damage to the roof to prevent further damage and also started the drying process in the home. Again the crew that came responded professionally and quickly.

Hopefully we will not need to but would call First General in the future if we have a situation requiring their services.

Thank you for all of your help during our recent crisis. Your men did a great job, and were very accommodating.

I especially appreciated your prompt response. This avoided additional damge thast could have occurred.

My husband had just had heart surgery a few days before this happened, and was still in the hospital, so this was a very traumatic time for me. One crisis I could handle, but two of them back-to-back were a bit much!

To Whom This May Concern,

I am very pleased with the quality of service from First General Contractors. My sewer backed up and flooded two bathrooms before leaking outside, and also left two inches of water under the house.

My agent Laurie Clark was very helpful and arranged everything! Mr. Tim Jeeters came out promptly to look at the damage, and the next day began on my house. I was pleasantly suprised to find two floors were to be replaced, and my cats were to be boarded for a few days during fumigation.(My son and I were also, in a manner of speaking, as we were "boarded" at a hotel.

All work in every phase was done in a timely and efficient manner. Every person I delt with was friendly and helpful. The secretaries Gina and Adrianna were very diplomatic, while the coordinator Stephan was efficient and cooperative.

I would recommend Triple A as an insurance company because of how much I am impressed with the efficiency and quality of service. Thank you very much!

We wanted to take this opportunity to thank you and tell you how much we appreciated the quick and thorough job your crew did drying out our water damage and getting rid of the mold our leaky ice maker line had caused in the kitchen. Juan and Jesus (assisted on one day by Josh) worked very conscientiously and took time to explain what they were uncovering and to reassure us that the damage could be repaired. They were always friendly and polite, and they were careful to keep the rest of the house, cupboards, and such clean and free from damage.
